1. 2. The flatness of the equipment itself is a problem, and the uneven bearing force of the support rod will also cause the BMC mold to be unable to be tightened, resulting in overflow.

3. The damage of the stop loop is serious. The screw of the extruder is damaged too much, the injection volume in the injection cylinder is not enough, and the shock-absorbing rubber pad is too small, which may cause overflow. Therefore, the actual operation staff should immediately check and repair or replace the parts.

Therefore, when making high-precision bmc molds, the operator should try to put the raw materials into the thick part of the bmc mold to prevent overflow and harm the consistency of the bmc mold product.

The precision of the sliding mold cores of the BMC material tube is not high, and the mounting positions of the fixed core and the concave mold are inconsistent, which will also cause overflow.

Therefore, the operator must adjust the injection processing rate and injection processing time according to the thickness of the bmc mold product. High-speed rapid filling should be used for thin products, and low-speed filling should be used for thick products;
